Sugar Cookies (using 1001 Cookie Mix)
A list of ingredients you will need:
4 cups - Domino® Sugar 1001 Cookie Mix
1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
1 - egg
Domino® Granulated Sugar

Tip: 1 teaspoon nutmeg may be used in place of vanilla. Decorating tip: drizzle or dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate, use colored sugar on top of cookies or omit sugar and decorate with frosting.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets.
Mix together in large bowl all ingredients except sugar. Divide dough in half. Cover and chill one hour or until dough is easy to handle.
Roll dough, half at a time on floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Arrange cutouts 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not brown. Cool on wire rack. Decorate as desired.
Makes 4 dozen.
