10 medium Honey crisp apples, cored and quartered
- 1 Orange, sliced
- 4 Cinnamon sticks
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 ½ teaspoons Whole cloves
- 1 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar
- 12 cups Water

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a large pot, make sure the water covers all the fruit. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the pot. Cook for 3 hours.
Step 2
Strain the cider through a fine mesh into a large bowl. Squeeze to extract as much juice as possible. Serve hot.
Additional Tips
Adjust sweetness to taste adding additional sugar if needed.
