Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time : 30 minutes / Yields: 16 bars

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8” square pan with two strips of parchment paper that go up the sides to easily remove the bars before cutting.

Step 2

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or using a hand mixer, cream together the butter, Domino® Light Brown Sugar, and vanilla for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Add the peanut butter and egg and beat until combined then scrape down the sides.

Step 4

Add the flour and salt and mix until mostly combined. Fold in any excess flour by hand.

Step 5

Press 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the baking dish, getting the whole way to the sides and corners.

Step 6

Drizzle the peanut butter on top of the dough, then spread the marshmallow fluff on top of the peanut butter.

Step 7

Flatten the leftover pieces of dough and place them on top of the marshmallow fluff, leaving a few pockets of fluff exposed.

Step 8

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops look slightly golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack and cool in the pan for 1 hour. Remove the bars from the pan using the parchment paper overhangs and place them back onto the wire rack to cool completely.

Step 9

Slice and serve.

Additional Tips

Spray the spatula with cooking spray to help prevent sticking when spreading the marshmallow fluff onto the bars. Also spray the knife with cooking spray before cutting the bars to prevent sticking.
