For the simple syrup
1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Domino® Golden Sugar
For the martini
1/4 cup Crushed candy canes
- 1 tablespoon Domino® Golden Sugar
- 4 ounces Vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces Peppermint schnapps
- 2 ounces Crème de cacao
- 2 ounces Heavy cream
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- Ice

Step 1
Prepare the simple syrup. Whisk sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Cook at medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Step 2
Pour 2 tablespoons of simple syrup on a shallow dish. Combine crushed candy canes and sugar on another shallow dish. Dip rims of two martini glasses in the simple syrup and then in the candy cane mixture.
Step 3
Combine vodka, peppermint schnapps, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill to the top with ice and shake until very cold. Pour into the prepared martini glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Additional Tips
Left over syrup can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Use to sweeten coffee, iced tea, or lemonade.
