Cauliflower Wings
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Domino Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 4 Cups Cauliflower Florets
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Sauce
1/2 Cup Domino Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup Toasted sesame oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Mix flour with spices, Domino Light Brown sugar and milk to form the batter
Step 3
Dip your cauliflower into the batter, then roll in panko bread crumbs
Step 4
Place the cauliflower in a wire rack and bake for 25 minutes
Step 5
Use a small pan over medium heat and add Domino Dark Brown sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and mix gently to make a syrup
Step 6
In a medium bowl, mix the syrup with mayo, sriracha and toasted sesame oil until well combined
Step 7
Toss cauliflower bites in the sauce, serve and enjoy!
