Sweet Heat Cauliflower Wings

These Sweet Heat Cauliflower wings will have your friends and guests wanting more. They are crispy, sweet and pack a good amount of heat! Easy to prep and ready in just one hour, this bite-sized appetizer is perfect for sharing on game day.

Ingredients
Cauliflower Wings
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Domino Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 4 Cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Domino Dark Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup Toasted sesame oil

Prep Time : 20 minutes / Cook Time : 30 minutes / Yields: 1 Shareable dish of Cauliflower Wings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F

Step 2

Mix flour with spices, Domino Light Brown sugar and milk to form the batter

Step 3

Dip your cauliflower into the batter, then roll in panko bread crumbs

Step 4

Place the cauliflower in a wire rack and bake for 25 minutes

Step 5

Use a small pan over medium heat and add Domino Dark Brown sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and mix gently to make a syrup

Step 6

In a medium bowl, mix the syrup with mayo, sriracha and toasted sesame oil until well combined

Step 7

Toss cauliflower bites in the sauce, serve and enjoy!
